Terms and Conditions Policy
 

Weather
All trips with the Access Challenger are subjected to weather conditions. We will not run a trip or launch the boat in dangerous weather which endangers passengers, the crew or other people on the water. Dangerous weather conditions might not be obvious to the naked eye, the final say on all sailings is down to the crew on the day. Full refunds will be given if weather conditions force us to cancel a trip or cut a trip short. 

Refunds
Full refunds will be given for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions. Full refunds will be given if a customer cancels within 7 days of a trip. If a trip is canceled within 7 days of travel, the refund is up to the discretion of management. 

Waiting Time
While we appreciate there are outside factors which may cause late boarding, we charge £120 per hour waiting time for all departures starting at 15 minutes after the pre-arranged departure. This payment can be finalised by bank transfer, cheque or cash within 48 hours of final landing at your destination. 
 

Behaviour
Any passengers displaying antisocial or dangerous behaviour to other passengers or the crew will be asked to leave the boat at the nearest harbour. Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the boat at any point. 

Health and Safety
The health and safety of the crew and passengers is our first priority. The crew wear life jackets as routine and life jackets are available for all passengers.  The wearing of them is optional. There may be situations when the wearing of life jackets may be recommended by the crew.  A brief health and safety talk will be shown before all sailings. 

Consent
Your Consent is important to us too. Therefore we will never sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or any other personal information to any third party without your consent.
 

Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from our store (thank you!) we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail if you opt-in to receive email marketing communications from us. You can opt-out at any time.
 

Website Statistics
We may record statistics about the number of visitors to this Website or number of purchases made for improvement purposes. This is to help it improve the services to our customers and ultimately provide the most appropriate products.
 

Protecting your security
We may use personal information provided by you in order to fulfill necessary anti-fraud checks. This information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm the identity for security purposes.
